How do I play Real Video clips ?
To view a Real Video film clips, you'll need :
- The most current version of the RealAudio Player. If you don't have it installed, you can download either a free basic version or a full-featured version from the Real.com web site. Follow the download and install instructions on the RealNetworks download page for a FREE REAL PLAYER.
- A Web browser capable of handling "helper apps.," also known as "plug-ins." Netscape Navigator/Communicator and Microsoft Internet Explorer are ideal. The RealAudio Player works from within your Web browser to help you listen to streaming audio.
If you are connecting from a workplace or you are using AT&T's Worldnet or another similar service, you may have problems connecting to our RealAudio server due to firewall restraints. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this type of problem. Please contact your system administrator or Internet service provider to resolve this issue.

It is a good idea to test the RealAudio/Video player first with a file on your computer's own hard drive, such as the "welcome.ra" file that comes with the player, before trying to listen to music clips or to see video excerpts on the Francis Lai web site.
